Welcome!

We love relaxed guests, but also clear agreements. Therefore:

• Keep it tidy – leave it as you found it.
• Report damage immediately – if something breaks, let us know.
• You break it, you pay for it. Simple.
• No noise after 10 PM. Even old houses need sleep.
• Treat everything as if it’s your own.
• Pay upfront. That keeps things clear for everyone.
• No unexpected guests. Only those booked may stay.
• No smoking inside. Outside is fine, please use an ashtray.
• No drugs or disturbances.
• Want to party? Rent a venue.
• Use common sense. And a bit of patience.
• Not a 5-star hotel, but a 5-star vibe if we keep it fun together.
• Flexible extras? Just ask – we’re happy to help.
• Respect the neighbors. Just like yourself.
• Check-in/check-out on time. Let us know if you need otherwise.
• Leave the floor clean. Wiping your feet helps a lot.
• Would you like to stay longer? Just let us know. We offer flexible stays of several weeks or months at adjusted rates.
• A separate payment request will be sent for the tourist tax, based on the number of guests.
• There is no TV, but Wi-Fi is available. You’ll find the network name and password on the back of the room door.
• There is a Nespresso (Mini Black) coffee machine in the kitchen. You'll find 2 to 4 coffee capsules as a starter. If you'd like more, feel free to bring your favorite flavor from home or buy some locally in Maastricht.
